In 2022, Hurricane Ian and Nicole wreaked havoc on the east coast, damaging seawalls that had withstood the test of time for over two decades. Once the storms had passed, the imperative task of rebuilding emerged. Rotondo Construction, armed with expertise and determination, took charge in the restoration efforts for the DiMucci Twin Towers and Towers 10. As we reconstructed their surroundings, we also seized the opportunity to enhance and modernize various features.

Our team undertook comprehensive renovations, addressing the pools, pavers, irrigation systems, fencing, and landscaping. The result of our dedicated work was a remarkable transformation, breathing new life into the Twin Tower property. What others were yet to accomplish, we had already achieved.

Not stopping at exterior improvements, we delved into a complete overhaul of the club rooms in both buildings of the Twin Towers. Countertops were upgraded, bar cabinets were refinished, and additional lights and fixtures were installed, creating a contemporary theme that harmonizes seamlessly with the beach area. The club rooms now stand as a testament to our commitment to excellence and innovation in construction.
